What we are doing to keep you safe

Controlling numbers. Day tickets are currently limited and we are not getting any new annual members.

Providing hand sanitiser. Cleaning stations are located outside the Visitor Centre and Tea Room.

Providing single occupancy toilets. While social distancing rules are in place there are single occupancy porta-loos outside the Tea Room. These are in addition to our normal toilets which are open as well. All areas are cleaned regularly.

Keeping some areas closed. Currently the Gothic Tower remains closed to ensure social distancing.

What we need you to do

Book in advance. If you do not have a Painshill Membership or a Historic Houses membership you need to book in advance to visit Painshill. Please do not come without a booking or membership as we will have to turn you away.

Pay via contactless. We are now a cashless site. Card payments only please.

Social distance. Please keep 2 metres from people at all times. Some pathways are narrower than others and you may have to walk single file.

Bring a mask. Our ticket desks are outside. However, to browse in the Gift Shop or go into the Tea Room you will need to wear a mask.
