Pupils search for natural materials on a scavenger hunt. Clay, mud, roots, petals, leaves, chalk and home-made charcoal are then ground up to make the water paints. Pupils then create their own Painshill wild woodland animal using sticks, feathers and finger painting techniques.
Pupils explore Painshill, seeking inspiration from nature to create wild masterpieces using natural materials. Pupils can learn how to create nature paintings or craft dream catchers. Contact the Education Team about a bespoke craft workshop.
Each activity is a half day session. Book another activity for the rest of the day or go exploring with a self-led trail.
