Duty Manager

Painshill is looking for a welcoming, proactive and organised Duty Manager to help create exceptional experiences for every visitor to Painshill. As part of a small, driven team working within a unique 18th-century landscape, celebrated for its artistry, heritage and natural beauty, you’ll ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless and inspiring visit. From opening the gates each morning to overseeing safe and smooth daily operations, you’ll uphold the high standards Painshill is renowned for.

Painshill Park Trust is a charity which protects and restores a stunning award-winning 18th century landscape in the heart of Cobham, Surrey. Our objectives are to preserve and restore the landscape as closely as possible to its original concept and ensure its gifts are shared and accessible to all.

Job Summary
The role involves managing daily visitor operations at Painshill, focusing on delivering a safe, welcoming, and high-quality visitor experience. The position requires leadership in front-of-house activities, safety compliance and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of all activities on site.

Reporting to: Head of Operations & Visitor Experience
Location: Painshill, Portsmouth Road, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 1JE
Hours: Part Time/Full Time – All part time requests will be considered in line with the organisational requirements
Salary: £25,000 Pro Rata
