The concept of Chi our vital energy is central to Chinese medicine and exercise. This ancient soft martial art gives us the mastery to control and enhance the flow of chi within ourselves and concentrate this power to be used for healing or self-defence. It builds strength, improves balance, develops stamina, concentrates the mind and relieves stress, giving us tools that can be used to benefit every area of our lives.
Sue Woodd has been working in the field of Complementary Health and Wellbeing for the past 25 years, founding her own school in 1991. She was a registered Trainer with the Shiatsu Society for 20 years, is a Senior Instructor with the T’ai Chi Union of Great Britain and she teaches for the F3 T’ai Chi and Chi Kung Academy (London).
