Visitor Hub Assistant

Painshill are seeking a visitor hub assistant to join our small, friendly and busy team. The Visitor Hub Assistant will support to provide every visitor to Painshill with a welcoming, engaging and safe experience.

Painshill Park Trust is a charity which protects and restores a stunning award-winning 18th century landscape in the heart of Cobham, Surrey. Our objectives are to preserve and restore the landscape as closely as possible to its original concept and ensure its gifts are shared and accessible to all.

Job Summary
The role involves supporting daily visitor operations at Painshill, focusing on delivering a safe, welcoming, and high-quality visitor experience. The position requires supporting front-of-house activities, safety compliance and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of all activities on site.

Reporting to: Director of Development & Communications
Location: Painshill, Portsmouth Road, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 1JE
Days of work: Monday to Sunday on rostered basis, as directed by your line manager
Hours of work: Daytime with minimal evening cover, with a 30-minute un-paid break each day
