Head of Hospitality
Painshill, a masterpiece of landscape design and independent charity based in the beautiful Surrey town of Cobham, is excited to recruit to its new Head of Hospitality role. A role that will lead and elevate income, standards, and opportunities across all hospitality and food and beverage throughout the 165-acre landscape including three internal event spaces, current tearoom, three additional outlets and external catering possibilities.
The Head of Hospitality will transform the current Painshill offering into a high quality, contemporary experience with local suppliers and produce from Painshill’s own kitchen garden at its heart. They will lead and develop a high-quality kitchen and front of house team that reflects the ambitions and brand of Painshill. Alongside all Painshill colleagues, volunteers and external stakeholders, the Head of Hospitality will ensure the Painshill hospitality experience aligns with the wider ambitions of Painshill as a place of national and international cultural and heritage importance
Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional individual who will elevate and transform the hospitality experience at Painshill. You will be comfortable with leading and implementing a target-focused approach across our hospitality business through dynamic leadership and thoughtful strategic thinking. You will have firsthand experience of redefining and rethinking what hospitality can be and will lead, adapt, inspire, and grow a contemporary approach to hospitality at Painshill.
Reporting to: Director of Finance and Administration
Location: Painshill, Portsmouth Road, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 1JE
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
