Everyone’s Theatre Company perform ‘Songs from the Shows: from Sullivan to Sondheim’, a collection of some of the most memorable songs from the musical theatre repertoire.
Songs performed will include “If I were a Rich Man”, “Send in the Clowns”, “Grow for Me”. Plus some Gilbert & Sullivan classics and a couple of witty gems from the pens of Victoria Wood and Anita Renfroe thrown in for good measure.
Everyone’s Theatre Company loves to seek out unusual and beautiful settings for its performances, such as the Leicester Square Theatre, Royal Pavilion Brighton, Gough Square and the Battersea Barge, as well as the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Previous productions by Everyone’s Theatre Company have included Sondheim’s ‘Sweeney Todd’ and ‘Into the Woods’, Mozart’s ‘Cosi fan Tutte’ and Purcell’s ‘Dido and Aeneas’, and numerous concert and pantomime performances.

Corks Occasions will provide a bar for the evening. Food will not be available to purchase at this event but you are welcome to bring a picnic. Please do not bring alcohol to the event, it will be possible to purchase alcoholic drinks from the bar.
- Lorna Baillie’s roles have ranged from Lucia di Lammermoor (in her coloratura soprano days) to Mrs. Lovett, and she appeared all over the country and abroad, including the Sadler’s Wells Theatre. Lorna has also written a children’s mini-opera – ‘Ripples on a Pond’ – to raise awareness regarding plastic in the ocean and funds for the Marine Conservation Society.
- Guest artist Fenton Gray has delighted audiences for many years, both in the West End and elsewhere, with appearances in ‘Fiddler on the Roof’, ‘Sunset Boulevard’, ‘Cats’, ‘Les Miserables’, ‘Blood Brothers’ and ‘Top Hat’. He has performed Koko in ‘The Mikado’ numerous times, in the United Kingdom and United States of America.
- Guest accompanist Simon Gray is a hugely talented conductor and pianist, leading opera and musical theatre performances on national tours, in the West End and the Provinces. Companies he has worked for include Regency Opera, English Festival Opera, European Chamber Opera, the Carl Rosa Opera Company, Holland Park and English Country Garden Opera.
