Join us for our Sensory Circuit Sessions at Painshill, where children can explore, move and connect with nature in a calm and supportive outdoor environment. Held before Painshill opens to the general public, these sessions provide exclusive access to the landscape in a quieter, more relaxed setting, creating an ideal space for sensory exploration and wellbeing.
Designed to support sensory regulation, confidence and wellbeing, these sessions combine movement-based activities with sensory-rich experiences in the beautiful surroundings of Painshill’s landscape gardens. Children will take part in a series of engaging activities that encourage them to alert, organise and calm their bodies through play, movement and exploration.
Activities may include balancing, climbing, jumping, nature-based sensory play, mindfulness activities and opportunities for free exploration, all carefully adapted to meet individual needs and interests.
Our sessions provide a welcoming, inclusive space where children can develop physical skills, build confidence and enjoy the many benefits of spending time outdoors. Parents and carers are encouraged to join in, relax and enjoy quality time together in nature.
Whether your child is seeking movement, enjoys sensory play, or simply loves being outdoors, our Sensory Circuit Sessions offer a fun and nurturing experience for the whole family.
