To celebrate and promote wellbeing, Painshill will host a series of activities in the beautiful surroundings of our 18th century landscape garden.
Monday 24th August – Friday 28th August
Never has it been more clear to the Painshill team that the beauty and tranquility of the landscape is important to people’s mental and physical health.
We are delighted to announce that Wellbeing Week 2020 can return this summer, just with some social distancing needed!
Learn different techniques for supporting your own wellbeing and enjoy the benefits of being outdoors, surrounded by nature and stunning scenery.
Relax and unwind by signing up to a Kung Fu, Tai Chi or Yoga class, held at the top of Painshill’s tree lined amphitheatre.
Get creative at a Botanical Drawing & Painting Workshop– take inspiration from the nature and discover how art can be used as a tool to boost your wellbeing.
Challenge your fitness levels by attending a high intensity Bootcamp.
Enjoy capturing the sunset over Painshill with a Sunset Photography course
Or join us in the evening and relax with a glass or two and some live music at our Painshill Lates.
Read about when Painshill Director, Paul Griffiths, joined in with some of the activities held during Painshill’s Wellbeing Week last year here.
Organised in aid of Painshill Park Trust Limited, registered charity in England and Wales (284944). We rely on fundraising to preserve and maintain Painshill for future generations so your support is very important to us.
