Wellbeing Week 2020

To celebrate and promote wellbeing, Painshill will host a series of activities in the tranquil surroundings of our 18th century landscape garden.

Monday 22nd – Friday 26th June 2020

 

Following the success of Painshill’s first ever Wellbeing Week in 2019, we are delighted to announce that the event will be back in 2020.

Learn different techniques for supporting your own wellbeing and enjoy the benefits of being outdoors, surrounded by nature and stunning scenery.

Relax and unwind by signing up to a Tai Chi class, held at the top of Painshill’s tree lined amphitheatre.

Get creative at a Botanical Drawing & Painting Workshop– take inspiration from the nature and discover how art can be used as a tool to boost your wellbeing.

Calm the mind and live in the present moment at a Mindfulness through Photography workshop.

Painshill Lates

To coincide with Painshill’s Wellbeing Week, the garden will stay open until 9pm on Wednesday 24th June and Thursday 25th June. Unwind after work with a glass of fizz or a healthy smoothie whilst enjoying the breath-taking beauty of Painshill. Including live music.
