This ancient soft martial art gives us the mastery to control and enhance the flow of chi within ourselves and concentrate this power to be used for healing or self-defence. It builds strength, improves balance, develops stamina, concentrates the mind and relieves stress, giving us tools that can be used to benefit every area of our lives.
