The concept of Chi our vital energy is central to Chinese medicine and exercise. This ancient soft martial art gives us the mastery to control and enhance the flow of chi within ourselves and concentrate this power to be used for healing or self-defence. It builds strength, improves balance, develops stamina, concentrates the mind and relieves stress, giving us tools that can be used to benefit every area of our lives.
This special one hour class for Painshill’s Wellbeing Week will take place on our tree-lined amphitheatre, with views across the vineyard, lake and Surrey countryside.
