Practice Yoga in the tranquil surroundings of Painshill
Wednesday 26th June 2019
Ancient traditions like Yoga have helped people for thousands of years to cope with stress, to detox and have a healthy and happy body and mind. ‘Self-Care Through Yoga’, based on 8 limbed Ashtanga Yoga, empowers you to give space between your thoughts, using a range of tools including yoga postures and calming breathing exercises. This will make it easier for you to respond to life’s challenges and help you balance and revitalise the energy in your life. During the class Luma will be using DoTerra essential oils for a holistic experience.
Instructor: Luma Zaki
About Luma: Luma Zaki is a Power Yoga, Ashtanga and Yoga for athletes Instructor. Luma has developed a mixture of the ancient yoga practice from the East with a modern twist from the West.
