Falconry Experiences at Painshill

Fantastic 'hands-on' wildlife experiences with Henfold's magnificent birds of prey, led by a professional falconer.

Experiences are all held in the magnificent landscape of Painshill and we have a great selection for you to choose from:

Half Day Hawk Experience £89 per person
Your professional instructor will give you a brief introduction to the birds. Then for approximately 2½ hours you can experience free flying Harris Hawks to the glove. Morning or afternoon sessions available.
 
Full Day Hawk Experience £120 per person
During this 5 hour Hawk experience you free fly Harris Hawks. The morning is spent learning the basic techniques of falconry and after lunch (which is included) you can experience the free flying of Hawks to the glove.
 
Ultimate Birds of Prey Experience £149 per person
This is more than just a Hawk experience day - you can fly them all.  Enjoy a unique opportunity to fly a selection of birds used in modern falconry. Birds include Barn Owls, Tawny Owls, Eagle Owls, Falcons and Hawks. Lunch and refreshments are included.

T&Cs. The minimum age limit is 14 years for all activities including children’s parties. Experiences can take place throughout the year, and can be purchased as a gift for another person. Vouchers are valid for a 12 month period from the date of purchase. Vouchers are not transferable. No cash alternative or refund is available. A good, general level of fitness is required, all equipment is provided and suitable outdoor clothing should be worn.
