Our outdoor parties are the perfect choice for 4-11 year olds, set in the stunning landscapes of Painshill Park.

The PartyTime package includes:
- The services of a Painshill leader to organise & lead the party
- 3 hours of exciting and stimulating entertainment
- A set of invitation cards & space for up to 25 children
- 6 free adult entry tickets for your adult helpers
- A small gift for the birthday child
- Use of a room or Picnic Area for party teas

You will need adults to help supervise the children (over 18 years).
Children are divided into four teams so will need four adult supervisors, though we recommend more adults for younger children:
1 adult for every 2 children for a 4-5 year olds’ party
1 adult for every 3 children for a 6-8 year olds’ party
1 adult for every 6 children for a 9-11 year olds’ party

Food & Drinks
You may choose to bring food and drinks for the party tea, which usually takes place during the final half hour of the party.  However, why not let us take care of food and drinks for you?  We can even provide a Birthday Cake!  Please download our Birthday Party Brochure for full details of our party tea menu, with healthier options now available!

Our Choice of Parties include:

The Wood Hill Adventure (Ages 4-7)
After playing woodland games children explore our deep dark woods.  They set up camp at ‘Woodhill' and settle down to a picnic in the wilds and woodland crafts.

Christopher Robin’s Day Out (Ages 4-8)
Teams search for the mystery letters that Christopher Robin and his friends have left around the Park.  Will You find Winnie-the-Pooh’s ‘Hunny Pot'?

Neverland Adventure Party (Ages 4-8)
Younger children will have great fun searching ‘Neverland’ for the pictures Peter Pan and his friends have ‘lost’.  In a thrilling climax the teams re-arrange the jumbled words to reveal where Peter has hidden Captain Hook’s treasure!

Happy Earthday Party (Ages 5+)
Explore the natural world of Painshill Park!  Arouse your senses with environmental games, pond dip to discover the aquatic life and then examine the ‘catch’ under a video microscope back in our Discovery Centre.  All equipment and materials provided.

Treasure Hunt Parties (Ages 6+)
Teams explore the landscape, solving puzzles along the way, searching for clues to help them find the long lost treasure.  After meeting at a secret place they co-operate to dig up the buried treasure together.

Dragon Riders (Ages 7+)
Explore the mysterious and magical world of the Dragon Rider!
You will need all your cunning and skill to complete the woodland challenges, and discover the Dragons’ secret hoard.

The Camp Building Experience (Ages 7+)
Experience life in the wild!  Hike through Painshill Park’s fascinating landscape.  Learn how to build shelters in the woods using natural materials.  Finish with a picnic under the trees or in the camps.

The Wonderland Adventure (Ages 7+)
An exciting activity game in which teams explore the crazy world of ‘Alice’s Wonderland’.
Solve puzzles and play exciting games which will test your speed, skills and cunning.

Time Detectives Party (Ages 8+)
Go back in time to the scene of an 18th Century crime.  Teams of ‘detectives’ search for the
character cards hidden in the landscape to find which characters are telling the truth, reveal the guilty party and recover the stolen treasure.

Price & Booking
Each children's party costs £225 including VAT
To help us ensure that we handle your booking as swiftly and efficiently as possible please follow the steps set out below:
STEP 1  Call our Bookings Manager on 01932 868113 to check that the date you require is available.
STEP 2  Then pay a £50 deposit to secure your booking.  This may be done by telephone (Visa, MasterCard and Debit cards accepted) or by completing the form of our downloadable Birthday Party Brochure and enclosing a cheque for £50 (payable to ’ Painshill Park Trust Ltd’).
STEP 3  We will send you a confirmation pack with full details of your party and a set of 25 invitation cards.
