DISCOVERY VISITS PRICES
Our three principal Discovery Visits are as follows...
Option 1. Day of Activities £160 per class (35 pupils)
- One 2 hour Painshill Park staff led activity.
- One 2 hour self led activity
Our most popular Discovery Visit allows you to benefit from our enthusiastic education staffs' expertise and affords you the time to explore the magnificent parkland, or have free time to play in our meadows, woods and gardens.
Option 2. Fully Led Day £300 per class of up to 35 pupils
· Two 2 hour Painshill Park staff led activities.
This is a great way of really getting the best out of Painshill Park. Not only does two led activities
bring the benefits of having a guide with you the whole day (and eliminate lots of stress and the
chances of getting lost) but it can really build on your first activity.
Option 3. Self-Led Visits £3.50 per pupil FREE for adults
You can come and wander around Painshill Park or bring your own resources. This is a great way of following up or preparing for a Day Out or Fully Led Day Out.
Prices for activities led by Painshill Park staff are for groups of up to 35 children. The price is the same for all our activities, but call us if you have very low numbers in your group or have difficulty raising the funds, we are always happy to see if we can make concessions.
CONCESSIONS
We are aware that though all pupils benefit massively from a visit, not all schools find it easy to raise the funds for a variety of reasons. In addition to our discounted prices for deprived areas or special needs classes, we can work with you to put together a tailored programme of activities, and as such we are flexible with our pricing structure too. Call us for concessionary rates for groups with small numbers, from areas of deprivation or special circumstance and let us know your particular needs.
Booking Conditions
Please note booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit. The full balance is payable 28 days in advance.
Cancellations
We regret deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel we require 28 days notice. If you notify us less than 28 days before you will be liable for the full invoice unless we can resell your reserved time.
Should you wish to modify your booking we will do our best to meet your needs, but regret we cannot guarantee we will be able to make such changes. Any requests should be made in writing at least 28 days before the booked date.
