The number of activities represent the number of leaders involved on our side. If two classes make the same activity at the same time, but with two of our leaders, then we charge two activities.

If your school has joined the Painshill School Scheme (free registration!), it will be offered a £15 discount on its 1st school trip of the school year, and a £25 discount as of the second trip*

Supervision Ratios:
We strongly recommend the following adult supervision ratios

Reception	1 to 2	Year 1-3	1 to 5
Year 4-6	1 to 8	KS3/4/5	1 to 10

Booking Conditions
Please note booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit. The full balance is payable 28 days in advance.

Cancellations
We regret deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel we require 28 days notice. If you notify us less than 28 days before you will be liable for the full invoice unless we can resell your reserved time.
Should you wish to modify your booking we will do our best to meet your needs, but regret we cannot guarantee we will be able to make such changes. Any requests should be made in writing at least 28 days before the booked date.
